Most of our weekly classes are safe for pre & post-natal practitioners.

Our teachers can help you modify the practice to ensure you are safe and comfortable during any class you decide to take.

Many expecting moms come to the studio and take our classes up until their last trimester and enjoy them very much. We've even had a few come after their due date!

We suggest mamas try one of these classes to start and see how they feel as the pregnancy progresses.

Monday: Restorative @ 7pm

Wednesday: Therapeutic @ 5pm
Thursday: Spa @ 7 pm
Saturday: Balance @ 8:30 am
