Prenatal Yoga Class - Starts February 2020
Drop-in $20 or use a class card or membership
Most of our weekly classes are safe for pre & post-natal practitioners.
Our teachers can help you modify the practice to ensure you are safe and comfortable during any class you decide to take.
Many expecting moms come to the studio and take our classes up until their last trimester and enjoy them very much. We've even had a few come after their due date!
We suggest mamas try one of these classes to start and see how they feel as the pregnancy progresses.

What Mamas are saying about our classes
"After being away from yoga for years, I decided to get back into it while 5 months pregnant with my first child. I initially intended to try different places with designated pre-natal classes, but then I found Borealis and never looked back. I immediately felt welcomed and very comfortable there. All of the teachers offer modifications when they think I need them and very kindly check in on me during class. As my belly has grown and my movement has become more limited, I haven’t once thought about quitting yoga. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Borealis has been just what I needed to stay sane and healthy during this physically challenging, beautiful and crazy chapter of my life. My husband comes to class regularly now, too! Emilie and the whole gang have really been a blessing. Thank you to the entire Borealis community!"

"I joined Borealis a few months before getting pregnant and am so happy I did. This was the perfect yoga studio to support me through all 9 months of my pregnancy. The teachers were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I felt welcomed to each class, and teachers took the time to discuss appropriate poses for each trimester and also made real time modifications during classes. I was never left to flounder or wonder if what I was doing was ok for the baby; rather, I learned so much and felt empowered and encouraged to always make sure I was doing what felt best for my body. I felt so embraced by the community as well and look forward to returning for my postpartum recovery!"
