Learn about the function and role of fascia in your body, and then explore a full-body massage with self-myofascial release techniques using balls and blocks. You’ll be able to follow along with an illustrated guide, and recreate it at home. You'll leave with some great self-care techniques to move with greater ease.

Dig deeper into your body using myofascial release techniques to target specific muscle groups to reduce muscular tension and soreness. Take home an illustrated guide so you can keep practicing at home. Your body will feel worked, in a way that also feels rejuvenating and relaxing.
