massage + restorative yoga
Sunday, October 20, 2019, 1-3pm
Come find your calm.
As you soften toward the support of props in restorative poses our massage therapist Yinh will provide therapeutic bodywork and Linda will offer Thai Yoga bodywork. Longer holds and the use of massage will encourage a deep release of tension and stress. Other thoughtful touches (including some extra love for your feet, scented towels and tea) are sprinkled along your way to bliss!
A self care goodie bag is yours to take the experience home.
Class size is limited to ensure personal attention.

Yinh Kiefer is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with training in Reiki healing, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Yin Yoga, and hypnotism. She truly enjoys her work and the wide variety of clients that she sees. Some clients require a sports or injury oriented approach, while others may just be stressed from work and family responsibilities. She also has experience working on expectant mothers and new parents. Her most recent training is in oncology massage for clients at various stages of cancer treatment. Whatever the need, each client presents a unique set of challenges that requires Yinh to think critically and intuitively, thus developing the most appropriate treatment plan. When she's not massaging, she enjoys listening to local musicians, singing, playing guitar, working out, and spending quality time with her two children.
