It's my first time. What classes can I take?

All of our classes are designed so that first-timers and long-timers enjoy and benefit from the practice. The classes are distinguished by pace and focus, instead of levels.

Check out the descriptions in the class schedule and see what attracts you. If you're looking for a place to start, try Gentle Yoga + Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, or Moderate Yoga.

I'm pregnant. Can I take a regular class? 
Yes, you can. Check out more info here on what expecting moms have to say about our regular weekly classes. 

Is it hot yoga?
No. We find that hot yoga isn't good for most people. In an effort to keep you staying healthy and in balance, we practice in a room that stays around 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

What do I need to bring?
A water bottle to stay hydrated and a yoga mat, if you have one you like to use. We also have mats at the studio you can borrow at no extra charge.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons. Dress in layers in case you get warm/cool during class. Yoga is usually practiced barefoot, but bring socks to keep your toes warm during relaxation.

How much time should I arrive before class?
Doors open 15 minutes before class starts. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, check in, and set up your mat before the class start time. The teacher may not allow you into class more than 5 minutes after the start time.

Do I need to sign-up in advance?
Yes, please do. Take a moment to create an online account and sign-in for your first class. Then when you get to the studio we can talk about more interesting things and get to know you.
